Stop Animal Cruelty in Hot Spring County, Arkansas is a newly organized group that formed out of their passion to stop innocent animals from being abused
and neglected. We not only advocate for dogs and cats but all animals that 
are in need. We are a Non-Profit (501) (c) organization.
Our group is made up of volunteers only we presently have 2 animal cruelty investigator's that investigate cruelty complaints and report to the legal authorities as needed. They do the follow up on these complaints and if necessary animals are seized with the courts permission and charges filed
when necessary.

Dottie renamed Sparki by her new family is a purebred dalmation that was in SAC foster care and was adopted by a wonderful couple and now lives in Memphis, TN
S.A.C. just recently rescued 2 blind horses and located a horse rescue that specializes in blind horses, Flurry's Hope, they are located in North Carolina. S.A.C. is getting the horses up to date on all vet care and we are in need of donations towards the transport of these horses from Arkansas to North Carolina. If you would like to help S.A.C. get these horses to their destination please contact us. We are a non profit organization with our 501 (c) 3 status and all donations are tax deductible.
